Processing Time

It is a 'one-man-show' here at eyesorenails. All of our press-on nail sets are made-to-order and handmade with love, care, and patience-- one set can take anywhere from 1 to 6 hours depending on how intricate the design. We take pride in being able to provide quality products to our customers, so it is important that we take the time to do so.

☆ Processing time is 1-2 weeks (7-14 days) for press-on nail sets

☆ Processing time begins after sizing kits are received and custom sizing has been entered in with the press-on nail set purchase

Shipping Policy

☆ U.S. Shipping only at this time

☆ Sizing kits are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase

☆ Shipping times begin after processing time ends, and varies depending on where the product is being shipped to

Refund Policy

☆ All sales are final, we do not accept any returns or exchanges

☆ We do not accept cancellations once purchases have been made as the press-on nail production begins after, and each nail set is made custom to each customer

Sizing 

Customers are responsible for sizing.

We do our best to ensure correct sizing by only providing nail sizing kits as our form of nail measurements. We also provide instructions for measuring nails with our nail sizing kits. 

☆ Nail sizes vary from shape to shape, sizing kits are offered in all of the shapes/lengths that we use, please purchase accordingly

☆ We do keep nail sizes on file after the first press-on nail purchase, however, we do encourage customers to keep their sizing in case of technical difficulties, system malfunctions, etc.
